How do commissions work?
You can order custom-made items by adding the "Commission" item of the type of product you want, filling out all the required information and paying a small deposit at checkout.
We will then contact you to confirm the details of the piece you want.
Once we have all the details, we will provide an estimated delivery date and the final price of the item. Your deposit will count towards this total cost.
If you decide you don't want the item at this point, we will cancel the commission and refund you your deposit (minus payment processing fees).
Once we have the item ready we will reach out to you to complete payment and will ship it when we have payment confirmation.
